"I can't recommend the Reach Physiotherapy team enough. I've been working with Antony and Halleli to heal my spinal injury and the results have been amazing. Its been a long road to recovery but their support and positive attitude has helped me to push through some dark times when it felt the nerve pain will never stop. Antony worked his magic with IMS and then recommended to start my Pilates journey to further help with mobility and strength. Halleli has been such a huge positive force to keep my spirits up throughout. Her mat and reforma pilates classes have been so important for my recovery mentally and physically and to believe that I can safely return to other sports again.
