These classes are held at the Brighton studio, whereby pre-recorded classes are projected onto a large screen in front of the reformer.

 

With a large library covering many different exercises and workouts, the video gym is a great alternative to group classes with the bonus of having the studio entirely to yourself!

 

I will choose a workout program for you, based around what we have previously done in our one on one or group sessions.

You can bring your friends and family, we have up to 4 machines available for group bookings.
